I have a hard time seeing a father commit suicide where his body would be discovered by his 11 year old daughter nor would a surgeon miss his own heart.
I wished Trump would have talked more about the Haitian issue with the foundation on the campaign trail. It resonates with people. I told a friend about it who was on the fence and he read about it and was outraged by what he learned on his own.
It was beyond shameful and it is made so much worse because our own government and state department put the foundation in charge of handling and dispersing donations and encouraged Americans to text money directly to the foundation. Bush even got roped into putting his name and face on it - you would have thought he would have some basic curiosity about where the money went.
It is little wonder those in Haiti are so angry about it. I am too.

Suicide by self stabbing is very rare. We would need the actual forensics, eg the wound depth to figure out if it’s even possible.
With just a cursory review, I’m finding a dearth of self stabbing suicides. But, I’ll keep searching.
