I am wondering if 187 is related to Antonin Scalia or a plot against Trump?
It seems Q alluded to a plot against Trump already, so why the confusion about how to handle that now? Makes me think it is someone else - AS or SR?

You do make a good point here. If it as I surmise, maybe The Trump himself has to be involved in the decision and is considering how to make it public. Circumstances may have changed since they first became aware of the possibility of these tweets.
