“You are” not “your” — best not to show you are illiterate when trying to call someone else “idiot” or “ignorant.”
As for Socrates, no, he never said that. If you claim otherwise, provide a real link to an authoritative scholarly source (i.e., not some b.s. website). You can’t. Unlike you, I’ve actually read every word (in English translations) attributed to him by Plato and Xenophon. We actually can’t be too sure that many words attributed to him are accurate (he didn’t write down his own works), but we can be sure that certain spurious quotations never were attributed to him by the only ancient sources that exist. Making up quotes is an internet hobby for some people. Kinda like “Q” making up all kinds of goose droppings. SPLAT.... there he goes again.

Normally I would not bother to correct someone’s spelling, but when you are trying to show us how brilliant you are, at least learn to be literate.
