Sounds royal. Phillip was the name of several French and Spanish kings and a couple of Macedonian kings as well as at least one Seleucid emperor and one Roman emperor. England has yet to have a king named Phillip unless you count King Phillip II of Spain, who was technically the king of England in the 1550's.
