Jackson doesn’t need to be at the VA to expose that. He won’t, due to patient/doctor privilege.
I believe the VA is very important in the drug rat lines. IIRC, George Webb thinks that the drugs purchased w/taxpayer $$ are diverted from government medical programs like VA. Potency is changed for the ones dispensed domestically and the full-strength pharms are sold on the black market to finance whatever.
No one of integrity is allowed by DS to obtain positions of power that disrupts their cash flow and other trade.
