Brown was an unarmed, black 18-year-old who was a 6’4”, 294 pounder on heavy drugs who had just robbed a store and then tried to violently take away a police officer’s gun. Brown reached into the officer's car and punched the officer several times. This was sequestered in the lamestream media.

I thought, too, that legally if Brown and the cop were fighting over the gun both were considered armed.
