The underline of "AS" in "AS THE WORLD TURNS." is not by Q. It is by the aggregator. Underlined portions in the aggregator's presentation are associated with hover balloon definitions, and those definitions are also assigned by the aggregator.

On qanon.pub where I get Q posts AS wasn't actually underlined, at least not with a sold underline. It was underlined with ....'s I couldn't do that so just underlined it when I copied and pasted it here. Are you saying someone else added those dots under AS and not Q?

Yes. That's exactly what. qanon.pub is not original Q, it is a copy, a completely different web-page from original Q posts. The bold [] and dotted underline with hover definitions are all interpretation or reading aid material, none of that by Q.

Only becomes an issue when somebody attributes the bolding or the dotted underline as emphasis provided by Q. It is not emphasis provided by Q. It is emphasis automatically introduced by the Q-aggregator webpage generator code.
