The translucent containers dark content and the condition of the opaque ones leads me to believe they contain oil. I’m inclined to believe the sacks are ammonium nitrate and this is just material for constructing run of the mill IEDs and car bombs...

I noticed some of those containers have Saudi Arabia on them. It could be a prop but I really don't think so.
