I was a very naughty Bagster during that time, as well. I am very pleased to report that I smoked a great big Thai stick (or two) at the Santa Barbara County Bowl, outdoors on a sunny day, while I watched Bob Marley in 1979.

I smoked my first Thai stick in 1970 at the age of 12 on the balcony of our hotel room in the Capital Hotel in, wait for it... Bangkok, Thailand.

It was the real thing - didn’t need to be a great big one. A little dab will do ya!

My evil older sisters forced it upon me. ;) And thus started a life of misadventure until I joined the Army in 1983. Haven’t smoked any since.
