For the life of me..I can't figure out how to do a screen shot on my computer.

look for an application named snagit. Very useful for screen grabs. I think you can download version for free.

Ok, people. I’ve watched your conversation about screenshots long enough.

On Windows, Alt-PrtScn will copy an image of the ACTIVE window to your cilpboard. Pressing PrtScn without Alt will copy your entire desktop - usually not desirable.

So you want Alt-PrtScn: make sure your browser window is the active window - just click on it to make it active - and then hit the Alt and PrtScn keys at the same time.

Then go to MS Word, Outlook or whatever and hit the Ctrl and “v” keys at the same time. Voila! Your screen shot is pasted in and ready for you to save, send, or whatever.
