In a word, "yes."

Suit is against Russia, Wikileaks, and last, the Trump campaign. Plaintiff has the burden of production of evidence and of proof to make their case. Both sides are entitled to discovery.

What I wonder about the pre-planning is did team Trump just "know" and plan to defend (good chance that is the case, DEMs sued in Watergate too), or is somebody on the DEM side pushing to expose the same filth and garbage that Trump is (also possible, see Bernie bots).

I agree. Early this morning while still on the 2_18_18 thread I called the Dem person “a mole”, who was talking other Dem’s to sign on. After all Q calls them stupid.
