Allison Mack is facing federal charges for her alleged role in the sex slave cult Nxivm a law enforcement source tells DailyMail.com.
The Smallville actress was picked up by the FBI earlier this week and was arraigned in Brooklyn federal court.
She is charged in a three-count indictment with sex trafficking, sex trafficking recruiting and conspiracy to commit forced labor, with the victims listed as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2.

KRISTIN KREUK (also former "Smallville" actress): was lured to early NXIVM seminars but denies that she ever saw or experienced anything illegal. Presumably it only happened to those who were lured on beyond the "seminar" stages:
