This is the deeply disturbing moment a monster shows how he used a belt to strike a defenceless four-year-old girl 15 times in a police crime scene video.
The man named as Bakhram, 20, caused grievous wounds to the child 'because she did not count from one to five' when he ordered her to do so.
Handcuffed in the crime reconstruction, he showed police how he used the belt.

Googling “Bakhram” shows a large percentage of people named Bakhram come from Chechnya or Uzbekistan. In other words, Muslim.

The mother watched and did nothing, because she was afraid he would beat her too. Some mother. If the girl survives, is able to walk, does not have permanent nerve damage, necrosis, sepsis, mrsa, or severe and chronic anxiety disorder, she should never live with that ‘mother’ ever again.
Her mom has an empty soul, if she is willing to tolerate such savage behavior just so she can tell people that she has a man.
