Oh I’m waiting for the “special needs” card to be pulled and that’s why he was acting up. You know he could not help his behavior, he has a “problem”.
A few years ago NYC schools started offering $60 a month for “special needs” students, besides whatever the family was getting in benefits...needless to say
parents started registering their
kids in the program whether or not
the kids were in need of the program...oh, not being able to speak English is a disability....special need
