I think that I would have asked a teacher or two if they would be willing to give up their paycheck in order to donate their time to educating children.
As far as the equity thing goes,if you don’t like how it sounds just keep the child home.

Later this month my son is participating in a play where he is Brutus and gets to help take out Caesar. (I don’t believe it is Shakespeare). I wonder if Caesar will be made up to look like Trump! LOL
