I haven't made a big point of remarking on this point, but I doubt Mueller has any sort of action going against any black hat. He is in motion purely as a "get Trump" or "exonerate Trump" mechanism, nothing more.

He brought up your point on the subject of the Mueller spokes person, redirecting the media reporting false information without independently verifying reports themselves. Spokes person said many will be disappointed.
PM thought that was a tip off that Mueller’s investigation is winding down and also likely going to be a “nothing burger” for Trump.
My initial reaction to the Rudy appointment is that Rudy has something on Mueller. Along with the “insurance policy” stuff. The Mueller leverage may be even more important. Let’s see if it’s enough to shut down longshanks Mueller.
