I never read that the FBI got all copies. How would they even know? My reading/memory (yeah...) tells me that the NYPD made copies. I would bet good money if I bet, that Rudy has those files. Plus since Q just now said “insurance files”, now I’m 100% sure.

However, the NYC FBI may have expected a re-possession of sorts would be commandeered, and if so, someone must have made copies, or on the sly brought Rudy in at the time, as a former US Attorney to let him view or make copies???
Surely not, but something is up, if they were not all confiscated, with the computers. Perhaps the story was wrong. Could be that actually they were never taken from NYC FBI.
