The multimillion-dollar lawsuit was filed in a federal district court in Manhattan.
The lawsuit echoes a similar legal tactic that the Democratic Party used during the Watergate scandal. In 1972, the DNC filed suit against former President Richard Nixon's reelection committee seeking $1 million in damages for the break-in at Democratic headquarters in the Watergate building.

I wonder how quickly a rod of God would would reach terminal velocity. It’s possible that it could be launched from sea level and still hit at terminal velocity.
Just thinkin’ that we may not need a roG to shake that mountain just a little bit.
