Yes, of course, But I don't think Mueller has laid much of a legal minefield. All the pressure has been political band that based on strained imagination and ludicrous legal theories. I think Rucy can effectively pressure and negotiate an orderly wind down. This signal might even have been prearranged with Mueller, "run hard until I signal you to stop - you'll know the signal when it comes" sort of message before Mueller was appointed.

Everything I've seen has been settled in civil court. Mueller is an over-zealous prosecutor and investigator. He casre less about hitting the right target than about taking down A target.
I hope it's clear I'm not defending Mueller - but I don't know what crimes he can be charged with.
However, imho, his long associations with the very unsavory evil doers topped by the Klintoons et al ... at least suggests ... that he's enabled them, actively protected them ... and likely worse ... Just assumptions, impressions, of course.
Beyond that, I don't like the looks of him 'and his mother dresses him funny.'
