My lawer says, "The Inspector General is a Joke and There's No Way I'm Getting Prosecuted"
Yeah, I don't know. Stupid? True believers? Or so used to the crooked system that they honestly believe they skate. Sort of brings insight to the meaning of "no reasonable prosecutor."
