Unless they’re carnivorous sharks basking.
Someone needs to tell these “scientists” that it’s called “mating season.” Lots of solitary creatures do this, including Hammerhead sharks.

Basking, feeding and mating. Nature is such a stupid thing when it doesnt do what we expect it to!
Why doesnt man go pester them until they become infuriatingly frustrated and injure or kill someone? Then we can complain and maybe rally some support to eradicate them?
