The progs believe all conservatives are prudish caricatures of Evangelical prudes. They harp on sexual conduct because they think it will deter Trump’s base.
Stormy is long in the tooth for her chosen career. The street cynics likely see her for what she is and many of them are rooting for her to make a payday. They are a brotherhood/sisterhood of the debauched, none of whom will call out the others. Some are likely taking nite of whatever she says or does that they think they can use themselves in their own lives to gain a payday.
At least a quarter of the prog base have no original thoughts. Everything they spout comes from the MSM/movies/rap songs/standup/Twitter. They do not care about the so-called leaders as long as it means they, the prog base, receive some sort of payoff.
Trying to interpret polls in this environment is difficult, if not impossible. My sense is there are more on our side than theirs.
