Certainly they make for "distractions" from exposing or prosecuting people who were or are in the DOJ, but a swarm of tornadoes, a major flood, or a hurricane would also be distractions. Might come at a convenient time, that doesn't mean they were planned.
I take more to mean they are going to try to use the incidents against Q’s re: Booms.
Sounds like the commonality between today’s tragedy and the same disaster, in 2016, is the Southwest Airlines engine manufacturer.
