Maybe I misremember, but during the last attempted Iranian revoulution, didn't Twitter go down in what some thought was an attempt to squash the organizational efforts of the people?

Maybe a wider blackout may be being put in effect to mask a targetted Iranian blackout?

Just a thought.

Seems like it went down for just a minute the other day as the Snowden Injection was being executed, and then suddenly all the censoring algorithms were shut off, until they repaired it. Could the censoring algorithms have been shut down somewhere else, like Iran (Rain)?
