If he had simply arrived on his own, this would be no problem.

The invitation invalidates everything, and makes you guilty of a few crimes, to boot.

But it’s ok if the cops do the same thing. She posed as a 13 yr old not as an adult. This guy should be thrown to the grisslies

I can’t recall the origin or state for the story, but there was a US case where a minor female was “visited” by an “invited” adult male and the father literally beat the tar out of him.

He was not charged.

I realize that such a case will ALSO vary by jurisdiction (AND those who would populate a Grand Jury).
