Manchester City have won the Premier League title after second-place Manchester United were stunned 1-0 at home by West Bromwich Albion.
Pep Guardiola's side are now uncatchable at the top of the table after United's shock defeat to the bottom-of-the-table Baggies, who received a 73rd-minute strike from Jay Rodriguez to seal United's fate.

Somehow I don't think City fans feel all that good about it right now, after they cratered against Liverpool.

Watched this earlier. Man U were flat just like the Cavaliers.

It was pretty much a foregone conclusion, anyway.
Hard to believe the team that was so dominant all year in the Premier League, looked so bad against Liverpool.

I suspect United is more focused right now on the FA Cup Semi-Final.

I'm sure the City fans were disappointed, as they had ‘The Treble’ on their minds, but Champion's League is one of those competitions in which pretty much any team can beat another in a home and away tie. Plus Liverpool has been on fire recently.
I watched the Manchester United vs West Brom Albion game today. Man U has a lot of problems..

FC Barcelona is pretty much in that same boat, they’re unbeaten in La Liga this season, but nobody cares, all they’ll remember is the meltdown against Roma.

I suspect United is more focused right now on the FA Cup Semi-Final... Spurs can beat them next Saturday and catch them for second place in the League...COYS!

True, but after losing Neymar and looking like they were going to have a horrible year, they've had a much better season so far than most thought they would. Plus, Valverde hasn't been able (or willing) to rest players much, and Coutinho couldn't play against Roma because he's cup tied. I think it all caught up to them against Roma. Messi is going to need to somehow get some rest prior to the World Cup.

That should be a good match.
I’m picking Southhampton to shock Chelsea.

“Goodness me Manchester City.” Is that the soccer version of Vin Scully’s “I don’t believe what I just saw”?

A great day for WBA. They probably spoil a lot...
Albion were one of the founding members of the Football League in 1888, and have spent the majority of their existence in the top tier of English football. They have been champions of England only once, in 1919–20, and have been runners-up twice.
