I might...MIGHT, I say, have some of the same thoughts as you, Sky. IF I did, I would keep them to myself..

Thoughts like you are expressing tend to affect morale in a negative way. Many, including me, look up to you (and people like you) as a beacon of strength, hope, and leadership, whether you believe it or not.

I respect and admire your experience, knowledge, and intelligence. What you bring to the table here is priceless.

What I'm really trying to say here is, and with all due respect is....

Don't go wobbly on us.
