I think the slow progress and timing of the take downs has to do with the midterm elections. After the elections watch for faster progress. Just my two cents.

If these evil people are not exposed and arrested prior to the midterms, the Republicans will lose the House by a wide margin.

Don’t you think busting a bunch of democrats for treason would help in the midterms? Why wait? I mean if we have child molesters in office they should be in jail today, not tomorrow, or after the midterms!
