Just throwing this out there. Went to the doctor for bursitis in my knee. Doc asks lots of questions and lots of paperwork that have nothing to due with my knee. Wants me to come in for all sorts of testing and I ask, what does that have to do with my knee? I took a week off of work and never went back. Gave no information and never took any tests. What if the wanted that information for a possible donor list or give the information to the insurance companies?

How long has it been since you’ve gone to the doctor?

What kind of testing did they want to do?

(Don’t answer-these are just things you would have to consider)

Depends. Probably not sinister.

Doctors have many hoops to jump through for the AMA, FDA, insurance companies, etc and the actions they take depend on what you are being treated for.
