Coffee shops have to do this all the time.
Doesn’t matter if it’s cheap college kids with a small coffee using the wi-fi for hours, or homeless guys loitering inside to keep warm.
Now these two were asked to order or leave, which is perfectly within the right of the store. Those seats are there for paying customers.
Maybe the optics of the cops having to show isn’t the best, but these idiots were likely just sitting there acting like no one talked to them. So screw them both.
