FULL TITLE: Revealed: Lesbian mom was drunk and her wife and kids had 'Benadryl-style drug' in their system when she drove them all intentionally off a cliff to their deaths

The white lesbian woman who drove off a Northern California cliff last month in an SUV carrying her wife and adopted children was drunk, authorities said Friday.

Toxicology tests found Jennifer Hart had an alcohol level of 0.102, said California Patrol Capt. Bruce Carpenter. California drivers are considered drunk with a level of 0.08 or higher.

Toxicology tests also found that her wife Sarah Hart and two of their children had 'a significant amount' of an ingredient commonly found in the allergy drug Benadryl, which can make people sleepy. Toxicology results for a third child killed are still pending, Carpenter said.

Also found out today that prior to the 6 Texas adoptions, they fostered a girl named "Lee" (wants her anonymity preserved, don't blame her). About 2004. Lee admits she was a handful, but after the Harts returned from Texas with the adoption (first part) accomplished, they took Lee to therapy and the therapist had to break the news to her thaat she wasn't going back.

They had already transferred all her belongings to the new foster family. She got a Christian pastor, is grown up now with one child. Didn't want to believe the couple would kill the whole family like that. Said she never heard from them again and was devastated. That was in Alexandria, MN I think.

Legally drunk but it is not enough to cause an accident unless the driver was unfamiliar with the road or just driving way too fast.

Her reaction time would be a little slow but driving at normal speeds should not be a problem.
