Or any of the minority countries (which contain the vast majority of the worlds population), where they do not have racial conflicts because everybody is the same race, though they still do slaughter each other indiscriminately because they are of the “other” tribe

She should move to NYC, because it’s much better now than it used to be. I think it’s because we are all “in each other’s faces” everyday on the subways, on the streets, etc. Not to mention that when Obama was elected, it really did give hope to biracial and black people that that could even be possible. As far as race relations go, it seems to have lifted a cloud over bi-racial people and blacks. The difference is obvious to me. That’s my experience.
