It is pretty messy when a political candidate is also under criminal investigation, and the system is designed to shield candidates for office from legal jeopardy. Two tier system in fact, and everybody knows it, and the government denies it. Government is infested with career liars.
IIRC, during the election it was in articles that there were 5 separate FBI investigations into the Clinton Crime Foundation, in different locations.
