I want us high-tailing it outta there ASAP with zero ground commitment, now that the strikes are done.

And you shall have it.

Travis, in order to save my typing fingers, let me repost part of a post I made last night. It will explain my take on this for you. Re-watch and re-think the President's announcement of last night, consider my theory, and rework your assessment. With all due respect.

I don't doubt that The Donald and Pooty Poot have an "arrangement" regarding strikes on Syria. There is no way this is coming as a surprise to Russia. The Donald would not risk war with them.

It will be telling to see what the exact targets are in Syria. His messaging about 100% ISIS territory being liberated and bringing our warriors home, the people of the region being responsible for this "troubled" region, tells me he is still planning on getting us out.

This is a win/win. All parties are appeased and Iran stands alone. Russia backs off and allows the strikes to go forward. The leftoids think there is strife between The Donald and Russia and poof there goes the "Trump is Putin's puppet" scenario.

I think The Donald has satisfactorily flipped the bad guys' move on them to his and our advantage. The guys really responsible for any "gas attack" must be slapping their foreheads right about now.

Iran is the cheese.
And the cheese stands alone. Iran is next.

Q

My prediction:

We will pull out lickety split.

Iran stands alone and is next to fall.
