GRAND RAPIDS, MI -- Former first lady, secretary of state and 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton brought a message of cooperation to Michigan this week.
Talking about a recent conversation with Mike Pompeo, President Donald Trump's nominee to replace Rex Tillerson as secretary of state, Clinton said she was happy to talk to Pompeo despite the fact he once, as a congressman, called her "morally reprehensible" in connection with the deadly 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya.
"I think we've got to get back to talking to each other and more importantly listening to each other," Clinton said. "We can't allow the partisanship and politicization of everything to interfere with our national interests."(snip)
"Our country goes through ups and downs, in case you haven't noticed," she said, earning a big laugh from the crowd of about 600 gathered for the event.
"It's really important that we have people with bedrock values who understand what's important, what's lasting, and even what's eternal," Clinton said.

YEP...bruises from a neck tuck...she has it done often...makes me lol...going on 71 and just can't handle the signs of aging...
As a hairdresser from many years ago...I can recall seeing the signs of neck tucks on my female customers, made me sorta lol to myself, as I was young then...now I'm aged and have the signs of aging , but no neck tucks..much too expensive. Of course Hillary has tons of money so no problem for her...wink~wink...
(p.s. San Fran Nan and DI FI also use to wear neck scarves when they got the procedure also...so typical of the ‘cover up’)
