Bush certainly didn’t do a whole hell of a lot to fire the incompetent boobs at the FBI/CIA/NSA that fumbled the ball and missed all the warning signs of 9/11 while people lower in those organizations were screaming at their bosses to DO SOMETHING about these people here on expired visa learning how to fly planes but not taking off or landing, but they were ignored and certainly not promoted to replace those incompetent morons who IGNORED THEM.

They may not have been DIRECTLY responsible for 9/11, but they are culpable to a certain degree via incompetence or via political favoritism to the saudis deliberately ignoring the warnings.
More and more conspiracy theories are sounding like sane concerns these days.
I don’t believe Bush did it.. but, that little smile that flashed on his face when he got the news was creepy.. I rationalized it by telling myself he was just thinking ‘Ah ha.. UBL is behind this.. I’ll get him.’
But, I dunno anymore.. Globalists and the Deep State are capable of Anything.. Maybe he was thinking ‘So this is how they are going to implement our NWO plan.’
