It certainly was going on during his administration. I have never seen any substantiative support for claiming he was part of it.

I cannot confirm or refute Cathy O'Brien's testimony about Reagan. But her work in the white house with Bush, Cheney, Reagan, and others may explain why he allowed his wife speak to necromancers and conduct seances in the White House while he was president. If he were a truly good guy (in the Christian sense), wouldn't he have stood up to her? It may also explain the explosion of drugs and pornography that occurred on his watch.

And like many people have said, Reagan was a Hollywood actor. He acted his part for president. What he did personally was most likely much different from who he was on the screen.
