You’d have to dig into Rummel’s details to properly compare numbers.

Rummel cites himself on this source for his definition of “colonial democide” (sounds like an Obamaite Newspeak term); I had to dig into the Wayback Machine for that one since it went offline last year. Citing oneself as a source is specious.
