When you have your own company, often you are not really the boss. Your major clients (the ones you cannot stay in business without) are the real bosses.
Who are Facebook’s real clients? Who pays the real money which Facebook earns? To what degree is the Deep State a major customer of Facebook’s data?

Both individuals AND governments around to world are demanding FB to adhere to the new rules of privacy and censorship.
FB’s only out is to sell out to Government regulations, be deemed a monopoly, gain government(s) protection to replace their current revenue stream.
Yes, get paid by Governments (for their data) and/or gain government protection for what they are able to sell.
Either way they are toast.

My prediction is that MZ will be gone before the year is out. As for Ms. Lean-in, when the new CEO takes over, she will be departing shortly thereafter. This stock will continue its downward trend, and the stockholders, despite Zuckerberg’s huge stake, will oust him.
