FORT PIERCE, Fla. A Florida woman blamed a windy day after police found cocaine in her purse.
Kennecia Posey, 26, was in a vehicle stopped by Fort Pierce police last month after the vehicle was swerving in the roadway, WPLG reports.
According to the police report obtained by the station, a police officer found cocaine and marijuana in separate bags inside a purse on Poseys lap.
Although Posey admitted the marijuana was hers, the cocaine was a different story.
I dont know anything about any cocaine, Posey said, according to a police report. Its a windy day. It must have flown through the window and into my purse.
She was jailed on one felony count of cocaine possession and a misdemeanor count of marijuana possession.

On a side note, in my adventures of living in a big city, I would constantly see hair weaves rolling around like tumbleweeds on windy days.
Personally believe those drugs should be legalized but, she should be jailed for:
1. That stoopet name.
2. Her idiotic response
3. That vacant look
4. Vacuous intellect
It could happen, I watch Live PD a lot. It’s amazing how often people just leave 4-grand worth of coke just laying around in somebody else’s car. It’s also weird how often people wear pants that are not theirs.
Brings a whole new twist on cocaine’s slang name of ‘blow’.
She just needed a small dose just so she would ace her PhD qualifying...
Or the ever popular, “I stole this purse, the drugs ain’t mine”.
LOL

How windy does it have to be to have the half empty vodka bottle to land in my automobile cup holder?

I love FR, but I do wish there was an edit option for fumbled-fingered, bad proof-reading poster.
why is this a crime ?
Possession of cocaine is a crime. Lying about it is stupid. Wind couldn’t do what she said. However, global warming is magical and might have been able to pull it off.
I don't think so. But maybe it could have come in with the tide. The Rising Tide of Racism in America!
(Try that one Kennicia Ashante, or whatever your name is. The race card is pure gold these days.
no victim
no crime
its a non-crime
Not Guilty after I’ve had a couple of Lines.
If she lives in Al Franken’s neighborhood, this is completely valid.
“Ain’t even my purse, officer - I stoled it from a lady in Walmart - maybe you should find and arrest her...”
