Cindy McCain, wife of U.S. Sen. John McCain and an outspoken advocate against human trafficking, called Fridays seizure of Backpage.com by federal authorities and the charges against the websites co-founder a good day in the fight against sex trafficking.
McCain said she and other anti-trafficking advocates had tried to work with the operators of Backpage, the classified-advertising website, to change its methods and stop posting ads that she believed led to women being sold for sex.
Im sorry that it came to this, she said. We had tried to work with Backpage for many years in an attempt to help them see that what they were doing was harming children and harming young women and young men. And we could never get through to them.
She’s been working with them for years.
Mrs.Stain worked with Backpage for years and they never changed their ways.
So what the aitch was Mrs.Stain doing?
Cindy McCain appears to be full of dog poop.
Cindy, maybe you should have just called the cops!
