"I have repeatedly apologized for the bad judgment I used and making the statement I did, but I do not believe repeating the words of the President of the United States is a crime. However, I will apologize again on behalf of myself, the President of the United States and all the media outlets who repeated his words both electronically and in print."
A non-apology apology, released through an attorney, and slamming on people for making her apologize for "repeating" what the President said. Although, that isn't what the President said, it is a paraphrase. And most of the outlets who "repeated" the words are also paraphrasing or doing commentary.
They are not on the street screaming at little girls. Like she was doing.

No sincerity. No contrition. I am sure she sees herself as the victim. Because, you know, Trump!

So, if I scream “FIRE!” inside a burning theater, according to her, she can do it inside a theater that isn’t burning - I mean, after all, she is just “repeating the word[s]” that I said!
I think I may have to be on her side on this one!! Do I really need the /sarc tag?!?!

It’s not, but the way she did it is against the law.
