From this local story by KPRC 2 Houston, "The father said the girls left without responding to the woman. He said one of the girls said she noticed that Burke had taken a picture of her."

I know one of the families involved, and was told that she texted the picture to someone. What does the law think about taking a photo of underage girls not related to you and sharing it with others?

Also, the councilwoman was a few people behind them in line with her own son. So, she said these comments with her young son at her side.
