The friend that sent me this link is a VN vet - he was long-range recon & a tough guy. After the war he decided to go to vet school, as he loved animals. The only problem was that he loved them too much & had to get into another line of business for his own mental health. Anyway, he had this story from his school days. His class had to take a psychology course & one of the lecturers said the following:
“Ladies, if you’re boyfriend doesn’t like animals, get rid of him. If he likes dogs he’s probably okay. But if he loves cats, stalk him!”
