It appears that the older image was dated 03-27-2002 and the best new image was taken on 02-05-2017.

Here are some other things I learned re: dates.

The roads were changed to the phallus between 2009-2013 and paved between 2014-2016.

Also, the temple was built (without the dome) between 2009-2013 and the gold dome was added between 2013 and 2014.

I had not explored the date mechanism on GE previously. Thx for pointing me to it. Vy interesting stuff.
