No. IDK. I was just commenting that a small island with a lot of visitors _could_ have a private treatment plant instead of the sort of septic we have in the States.
I have no idea what a treatment plant would like, especially in overhead view.

Appear more like a fresh water reseviour to me. People on islands often have need to create their own water supply
