Intriguing to me was that there was some delay about naming “National Guard” to the border. Trump spoke for 20 hours, (freaking out the Media Complex) about conferring with Mattis, and spoke in terms of “TROOPS”, with no mention of NG, until today.
Makes one think Mattis is doing the tactical planning on the border, under the cover of NG, but will be ready to re-enforce BIGLY, as another poster mentioned.
