Yeah, we had pegs, ropes, pull-up bars and medicine balls. And dodge balls!
Same here. And the Prez fitness award was hard to achieve.
We had all of that, but none of it compared to having a former Marine DI as our PE teacher for my elementary school. Every class started of with pushups. Situps, and squat thrusts all while counting each movement at the top of our lungs. That was my life from 3rd grade to 6th grade.
All teams were selected with “TOES ON THE LINE, EYES RIGHT, SNAP YOUR HEAD TO THE FRONT AND CALL OUT YOUR NUMBER!”
