What does CE stand for?
“Christian Era”
I heard that it was the “Common Era”.
And “B.C.E.” is “Before Common Era”. :p
It was made up to delete BC and AD from dating. It stands for Common Era or in the case of BCE. Before Common Era. As the poster above has posted one can also say it stands for Christian Era just as well to annoy those who want the original intent.
