-- And if the state shows that the ORIGIN of the conspiracy can be traced to a central gathering place like can be found in UTAH, then they MAY request a Grand Jury and trial in that jurisdiction. --

Well yes, of course, But unless the claim is that the NSA committed a crime, that venue isn't going to hold water.

-- Q points this out for some reason, I'm quite sure. --

You are hallucinating the "point out" of Utah as a venue. We are asked to examine WHO Huber was appointed by, removed by, reappointed by. We were not asked to examine WHERE Huber normally sits.

-- I like how you make my brain think, right or wrong. --

I make an effort to being the actual legal process into view, to short circuit the more bizarre theories. Usually I just let people run where their imaginations want to take them.

Disagree. The claim that certain individuals outside of the NSA USED the NSA as a tool to commit crimes seems sufficient to me.

You are hallucinating...

I hallucinate a lot. That's why having contrarians who are very knowledgeable around to clarify, guide thoughts, and hone theories is important.

You serve a very valuable role in the story of Q, cboldt. Can you imagine if everybody ran amok with their half-ass theories around here without the sobering voice of reason to keep them in check? This would be the Maigical Mystery Tour on LSD with Bigfoots, dead Elvis, and Lizard people all over the place.

Or is it "Bigfeet?"

:)
